Joe Kane

Hello, I’m Joe, and I’m excited to be part of the TSRG team working on the ‘Not That Type of Podcast’ Project. I recently graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Hull.

As an intern, I’m excited to dive headfirst into the realm of audio content creation. Working under Kimberley Weir and Rachel Dickens, I work towards researching, developing, and assisting in the production of the Podcast. I’m here to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to help make ‘Not That Type of Podcast’ a compelling and engaging experience for listeners.

When I’m not immersed in the world of history and podcasts, you’ll find me bouldering, playing video games or savouring a cup of coffee. I’m thankful for this opportunity to work with great people on a fascinating project with real world impacts.
